Due to the nature of online shopping it is often the case that the expectations of the final recipient are not covered by the product of his choice, due to the lack of physical contact with the purchased item.
The Maris Lefakis galleries and the e auction hall, are supporting e-commerce by allowing you, through the completeness of the descriptions displayed in its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available from your computer screen, quickly, easily and simply.
But wanting to meet even more the needs of our customers, so we can highlight the benefits of internet use in our daily purchases, we offer the possibility of product return. Below is a list of conditions and ways to return non-defective products, beyond the limits of the terms governing the auction. (Please read the auction terms).
Terms
1. The date of receiving your order with the date of the submission of the application for returning the object should not exceed 60 calendar days.
2. The work should be in its original condition with its original packaging.
Process
1. If you are near one of our galleries
In this case you can visit our gallery in your area, request a check of the condition of the product, and the attendant will guide you further.(Recommended).
2. If you receive via courier
In this case:
1. Pack the product in a package that protects it during transport, charge of our company.
2. Place the product inside the package that we made in cooperation with the transport company, with all the details and at the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Send the package via the transport agency or courier, on your behalf. Please note that postage and packing charges with agencies are paid for by the client.
We would like to point out that if the product does not meet the above conditions (please read the auction terms) it will be returned to the sender with a charge and could not be replaced with another of equal or greater value ..
