The website lefakis.gr belongs to the exclusive ownership of the legal entity with the name "Koinonia Kleronomon Maris Lefakis," headquartered in Kifissia, at 70 Char. Trikoupi Street (Kefalari), as it exists today and in the future, if any changes occur. The website operates under the trade name "LEFAKIS MARIS GALLERIES".

The above-mentioned Society has the exclusive right to use the website, and any future buyer or third party is prohibited from reproducing the works offered, reproducing and promoting the content of the website, in whole or in part, as well as using the name and trade name of the above-mentioned society, and the trademarks and intellectual property rights of the works published on the website. The purpose of the website is to sell paintings and art objects that belong to the ownership or lawful use of "Lefakis Maris Galleries".

Any visit to the website by any third party is for personal and private use only and must comply with the law and user ethics, avoiding causing harm through acts or republication that may affect the business and its works. Any personally provided information is confidential.

During the visit, the use of codes or software that may hinder the website's operation by any third party or future buyer is prohibited.

The above-mentioned Society reserves the right to readjust and change the content and terms of the website at any time without warning users, and users are responsible for being informed of any changes whenever they visit the website.

The terms of online sales of paintings and artworks displayed on the website are governed by Greek law, and each user and buyer is considered to have read and agreed to them.

The Society cannot guarantee the availability of the artworks for purchase, but it must withdraw the sold artworks and, in any case, inform the user-buyer within 48 hours of the purchase if the artwork is missing, and promptly return the price paid to an account indicated to them, without the right to further compensation for the user.

The user has the right to order the artwork displayed on the website and pay the price indicated on the website. Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

  1. By depositing into the Society's bank account
  2. By using the credit cards provided
  3. Via PayPal

After payment, the Society must deliver the artwork to the user at the address they specify and provide them with legal documents within twenty days.

The risk of accidental destruction during transportation-delivery of the purchased artwork lies with the Society, and in this case, the price paid will be returned to the buyer in a bank account specified by them, without any obligation for further compensation from the Society.

The Society is not responsible for any third-party postings on its website made without its written approval, nor for system malfunctions due to the internet.

Each user and buyer is considered to have read and approved the above terms. The competent courts for any disputes will be those of Athens.
