What do product availability mean?

Availability is listed next to each product on the product page.

The product can be:

  • Available: It is available for purchase
  • Available from 1-3 days: The product is available from the listed date onwards. The orders of the respective products are executed according to the date of their availability in the store, which is defined by the supplier.
  • Last pieces: The product is available for online purchase with limited availability. In this case, order of priority is observed until stocks are exhausted.
  • Pre-order: The product is available for pre-order and its delivery is defined by its release date. In this case order of priority is observed.
  • Upon order: The product is not available in the store but we are in contact with our network of suppliers.
  • Out of stock: The product is not available for order at this time. The availability of our products is updated very regularly! If there is no relevant stock in a product then we automatically withdraw it from the online store.
How do I know if the product is available in the store?

For immediate and fast information you can contact the customer service department of our company, informing about the product code you are interested in.

How can I receive your news and offers?

You can simply subscribe to our newsletter and receive relevant information about our latest news, offers and events.

How can I stop receiving the latest news and offers in my email?

Of course! The process is simple. Open any of our "Newsletter" and click on the relevant link at the end of the message or inform us by email.

If I have forgotten my member account password how can I recover it?

In case you have forgotten the password you can retrieve it in the "Login" section. Fill in your email and click "I forgot my password". You will receive a relevant email with your new password.

How can I be sure if I received my order correctly?

After completing your order, you will receive a message at the email address you stated confirming the successful registration of your order. This will include your order number as well as the shipping & billing address you have stated.

How can I track the progress of my order?

Go to the "Order Tracking" section. By entering the order number and your email address you can monitor the progress of the order in real time.

Can I change my order after registering?

The order can not be modified or canceled from the moment it has already left the store - our warehouses.

What can I do if I receive the wrong product?

If the product you received is defective or you have not ordered it, please return it. Go to the "Returns" for more information.

Can I pick up the order from the store?

You have the option to pick up your order from our stores. In order to receive an online order product from the store, you must present the order confirmation e-mail as well as a valid identification document.
