Returns Policy

PRODUCT RETURNS WITH COMPANY CHARGE

The customer has the right to return the products purchased from this online store in the following cases:

If the Company sold products mistakenly (due to errors in order processing, invoicing, shipping, etc.). In this case, the customer can either refuse to accept the product from the beginning or request a return. The products must be in excellent condition, sealed, complete, and without any damage.

If the Company sold products of poor quality (damaged during transportation, defective product, etc.). The packaging of the returned product should be the one that normally accompanies the product and should be in excellent condition. Additionally, if the customer fails to return the product, a new product will not be sent, and the customer will need to place a new order/purchase. The product should be returned in the condition it was delivered.

In both of the above cases, the maximum return period cannot exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.

 

RETURNS WITH CUSTOMER CHARGE

The customer retains the right to return the products purchased without specifying a reason, at no cost, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns will only be accepted if there is a phone call to the online store within the aforementioned deadline.

The products that the customer wishes to return should be in exactly the same condition as they were received, without being unsealed or their packaging being violated. In the event of product returns, the refund for the products ordered by the customer will be completed within 30 days from the date the Company receives the returned products.

In any case of product return, the customer is obliged to deliver intact and in excellent condition all the accompanying documents that were provided with the product (e.g., Retail Receipt).
